Acceptance
By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Service
StartupSpend aggregates your cloud and AI provider spend. We make the dashboard work as described and respond to outages quickly. We don't guarantee that our cost numbers exactly match what your providers will eventually invoice.
Account
You're responsible for the API tokens you connect and the security of your account. Don't share your password.
Payment
Free plan: $0/mo, 1 provider connection, 30 days history. Pro: $19/mo or $190/yr, billed via Stripe. Cancel any time through the customer portal — your subscription continues to the end of the paid period.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms. On termination we delete your data within 30 days, except where we're required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. Our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes land in the courts of Geneva.
Changes
We'll email account holders before changing these terms in any material way.
